You can choose the Messages channel for a loved one: the child prepares the send, then confirms it in Messages. Prints can also be delivered to her home.

In My account › Orders: each step is shown, with the tracking number as soon as it ships. An email is sent at every change.

In My account › Invoices, as PDFs. Packs bought in the app are billed by Apple: their receipts are in your Apple ID settings.

Personalized products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. In case of a printing defect or a damaged parcel, we reprint free of charge: report it within 30 days of the order.

In the app, Parent space › Delete account. Deletion is scheduled at 30 days and can be cancelled during that period. Invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law.
